AGM 2025

Please find attached to this email the Annual Reports for the 2025 AGM being held at the Waitemata Golf Club at 7pm on Tuesday 13th May 2025. Alternatively, you can access this via the Members Section of the Club Website.

We have two elections. One for the board and the position of Director required between Colette Kraus, Ockert Visser and John Caird.

There are two positions available for Men’s Vice-Captain, with three nominations received. Nathaniel Milnes, Kevin Carroll and John Caird. Please note that only male members are eligible to vote for this position.

Please click the link below for their backgrounds and motivations for standing for the role. This form also allows advanced voting for those unable to attend on the 13th May.

It would be appreciated if any questions regarding the financials are sent through to the General Manager by 4pm on Friday 9th May 2025.
