New Membership Year Invoices

Your invoices for the new membership year have been sent out over the last few days. Check your Spam / Junk mail if you can't see yours. If for whatever reason you can't find your invoice please email: admin@waitematagolf.co.nz

A reminder that at last year's AGM it was agreed that the Course Development Levy would be absorbed into the Subscription Fee - this means it won't be a separate line on your invoice anymore.

Current Direct Debit Members: Your payments will roll over into the new membership year (starting 1st March 2026). Note that you will have a $35.00 Administration Fee calculated into your invoice. As long as your details haven't changed you won't need to do anything.

Fees for the New Membership Year (1st March 2026 - 28th February 2027) are as follows:

Full Playing: $1,575.00

Off-Peak: $1,430.00

9-Hole: $955.00

Age Category:

30-35 Full Playing: $1,155.00

25-29 Full Playing: $890.00

19-24 Full Playing: $735.00

Under 19: $210.00

Non-Playing Category:

Social Membership: $50.00

Under-11 Junior Non-Playing: $100.00

Sunday Mixed Pairs

Hi everyone,

Registrations are now open for our second event of the year which will be held on Sunday 1st March. Please email Pauline bridgy@xtra.co.nz or Gary g.mcalister@xtra.co.nz to confirm your entry. If you added your name to the start sheet handed around in the clubhouse at the last event you do not need to reconfirm your entry.

Details same as previous:

Cost per person: $15 for members and $65 for non-members (Visitors welcome) - Waitemata Nine Hole members $30 (all entry fees include $5 for raffle tickets - this will be collected in the Clubhouse)

The start sheet on the day will be a two tee set-up commencing at 11.30am and the event is 4BBB (Best Ball)

Enter as a pair or individually and we will endeavour to match you up. 

Prizegiving and raffle draw will follow the golf - the prize fund will be the total of the entry fees received. Participants must be present to receive a prize.

We have noticed that members are generally getting better at attending their pre-booked Tee Times - no shows and late cancellations are decreasing.

On Tuesday and Wednesday this week we had 100% attendance! 

Thank you all for working hard to make the field more playable for all. We appreciate your consideration.

9th March - Ladies' 9-Hole Pennants
