Membership Subscriptions - Payments
A reminder that your membership subscription invoices have a due date of 1st March 2026. Check your Spam / Junk mail if you can't see yours. If for whatever reason you can't find your invoice please email: admin@waitematagolf.co.nz
If you are paying via Online Banking: ensure you use the Reference / Details / Code boxes. Fill these in with your name / invoice # / membership #.
It is important to put detailed reference into your payment so that it can be allocated accurately. This is especially important if you are paying on behalf of someone else.
If you make a mistake while paying your invoice then please email the admin office immediately and let them know about the issue. Provide as many details as you can.
Current Direct Debit Members: Your payments will roll over into the new membership year (starting 1st March 2026). Note that you will have a $35.00 Administration Fee calculated into your invoice. As long as your details haven't changed you won't need to do anything.
