Membership Renewals

Renewal invoices will be sent out on 15^th February for a 28^th February due date.  If you do not wish to renew your membership, can you contact Jenny in the office (admin@waitematagolf.co.nz) before the 15^th February to let her know. 

This is especially important if you don’t want to renew and you are currently paying your subscription via Direct Debit, as your monthly direct debits will continue for your 2022-2023 subscriptions (unless advised otherwise).

The club also has a waiting list of people looking to join, therefore letting us know in advance that you will not be renewing will enable us to sign up new members from March 1st 2022. 

Finally, we also ask members looking to change membership categories to let us know so that we adjust your invoice accordingly. 

Pennant Players

For our members travelling to other clubs we have been asked by North Golf to ensure that all players bring their vaccine pass with them when playing pennants. 

Each club will have different protocols in place and may require proof of vaccination when you arrive at the club.

Bar Promotion

Anyone buying a jug of Sawmill Beer will receive a voucher for a slice of Pizza from Sals. We're delighted to be partnering with Sal's for this promotion and would like to thank them for their support.

Tee Bookings

We have a number of events re-arranged from last year and now due to take place in February. For instance we are holding the Pro Am & Rosmini College Fundraising Golf Day in the coming few weeks, with both of these events adapted to fit with current covid regulations at Red. 

This will mean that there will be some adjustments made to the tee sheet to accomodate these events, we are also hosting home rounds of pennants in the coming weeks which again will impact on some tee availability on certain days. 

As always we will try to keep this disruption to a minimum. 

Restoring Takarunga Hauraki 

It was great to be able to support and partner with Restoring Takarunga Hauraki to provide a space for a small tree nursery at the club, hopefully this is the start of an ongoing collaboration to support each other. 

With planting having already taken place on Seabrease Road these native trees will help to enhance the environment for years to come.
