HAMPER DAY UPDATE
We now have a full field for Hamper Day and there are already a few names on the waitlist. To be fair to those on the waitlist, your entry must be confirmed with payment of the $40 entry fee by next THURSDAY 7th Dec at 5pm. If payment is not received by this time your spot in the field will be offered to the next person on the list. If you have entered and paid, but find you need to withdraw for any reason, you will receive a refund provided sufficient time is given to allow us to fill your spot.
SATURDAY FIELDS
Just a reminder that if you wish to bring a visitor to the club on a Saturday the correct protocol is to contact either the Ladies or Men’s Club Captain in advance to seek approval. Normally approval for a one-off situation would not be withheld. However, we have had two cases within the last three weeks where a group has booked in a member and then turned up with a visitor instead. This is unacceptable and in future, in these circumstances, the visitor will not be allowed to play. With the better weather lately the Saturday tee sheet is very full and members have first priority.
