Direct Debit Members
Please note the following new addition to the Payment Terms and Conditions for members (section 5F):
F. Three Rejection Policy
If a member's direct debit payment is rejected by their bank on three (3) occasions during any 12-month membership period, the member will be:
- Automatically removed from the monthly direct debit payment plan
- Required to pay their annual subscription fee in advance
- Responsible for any outstanding amounts plus applicable rejection fees
If a member refuses to pay the annual subscription fee after being removed from direct debit, their membership will be resigned in accordance with Section 5d, and they will forfeit their right to rejoin the monthly direct debit payment plan.
A $15.00 rejection fee applies for each failed direct debit. Members may apply to rejoin monthly direct debit after paying annual subscription in full for one complete year, subject to management approval.
This policy takes effect from 1st October 2025 and applies to all members.
