Tree Planting

Thanks to both the members and non members who turned up on Tuesday for the Tree Planting on the 15th hole. We were able to get around 300 trees planted in the area between the course and the pump track. 

We will be working with Restoring Takarunga Hauraki to identify the next area for planting. 

Please try to avoid damaging these new plants if entering this area to retrieve your ball.

Bar Open from 1pm Today

We will be opening the bar from 1pm today and Petr will be providing meals this evening. What better way to spend a wet and windy Friday evening. Menu details are below. 

Lockers

We are doing an audit of the lockers (checking keys, contents, cleaning etc.). This will take place between the 24^th – 26^th August. If you have anything in your lockers, please remove it during this week so the lockers can be thoroughly cleaned. If you have a locker key, please register this with Marlies at the Office (email: admin@waitematagolf.co.nz ). The lockers have been assigned new numbers (different from their previous numbers) as well.

Club / Trundler Storage

Working with one of our new partners Container Co. the club has just ordered a 20ft container that is being modified for the storage of golf clubs. This will provide storage for around 20 sets of clubs and trundlers. We already have a number of people who have expressed an interest in taking one of these spaces. 

We will provide further information when details are finalised, if you are interested in storing your golf clubs and trundler at the club please register your interest with Marlies: admin@waitematagolf.co.nz
