Membership Renewals 2023
We will be sending out Membership Renewal invoices out next week for the 2023 season. If for any reason you have decided not to renew you membership this year we would appreciate advance notice of this so that we can offer that place to one of the players currently on the waiting list for membership.
Payment options are once again either Full Payment or Monthly Direct Debit, if you already have a Direct Debit set up this will roll over unless we hear otherwise from you before 1st March 2023. Members wishing to move from Full Payment to Direct Debit will need to fill out an authority form by Friday 10th Feb for us to be able to put this in place with the bank.
Once payment has been made we will be ordering new membership cards for all members. In a change to previous years, these cards will not be renewed annually but will be retained by members for the duration of their membership, if members cancel we are then able to de-activate cards accordingly, damaged or lost cards can be replaced.
We would also like to take this opportuinity for members to review the personal information on their club profile to ensure all details (Phone Number, Email, Address) are correct (you need to be logged in to do this), you will also be able to check what is made public via the members directory on the club website. Please note this is only visible to club members, however each member has the ability to control what information is able to be seen by other members using the check boxes as indicated in the images below.
